Commenced his legal career in 1994 and had gained invaluable experience in commercial and civil litigation, company law and dispute resolution.

In early 1996 Haroon identified that there was a need to form a law firm that specialized in commercial work catering for changing dynamics of our society and country at the time. His extensive experience and commercial qualifications has allowed Haroon to grow into a successful and sought after commercial attorney in the industry. Haroon heads the commercial department and has advised several client’s in restructuring corporate entities and corporate services. He is involved in numerous social and economic projects in the underprivileged communities.

Haroon is an adjudicator for the Department of Housing for the last 19 years and has gained extensive experience in mediating and arbitrating housing and property disputes. He was appointed a tax board chairperson for SARS for the period 2008 to 2012 and gained invaluable tax related experience during this time.

Haroon is a chairperson of the Law Society Disciplinary Committee and has been serving on this committee for the last 10 years and also serves as a senior attorney who conducts the screening interview process for new candidate attorneys entering the profession.

Farzana commenced her legal career in July 2006 with Wadee Attorneys as a civil litigation attorney. She headed the civil litigation department for more than 10 years. Farzana is an admitted conveyancer and notary and now heads the conveyancing and notarial department of the firm.

She practices in all areas of property law and uses her strong work ethic and experience as a previous litigation attorney in ensuring  exceptional service and attention to detail. She is currently involved in various developments in and around Gauteng. Farzana also ensures that the social responsibility goals are strictly adhered to by the firm and that the firm never loses sight of the underprivileged and less fortunate members of the community.

Fathima is an admitted attorney and specializes in Administration of Estates. Fathima commence her legal career at Wadee Attorneys as a candidate Attorney in 2014. Fathima currently heads the Estates Department and the department has grown substantially over the last 5 years. Fathima is also involved in several community projects.
